As one of seven state building offices in Lower Saxony, the State Building Management Region North-West carries out the construction measures of the country and the federal government. With around 360 employees, we serve more than 5,500 buildings in the western Lower Saxony – from the county of Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück in the south to the North Sea. For our four regional offices we are looking for the engineering department at Wilhelmshaven, Oldenburg, Bad Iburg, Emden, Meppen and Aurich indefinitely

Project cooperation/management in construction measures including Construction maintenance work of the Federal Federation (Balth Federal Armed Force) and the country at all stages of the project execution Implementation of engineering and outdoor planning according to LP 1-9 HOAI Control and accompaniment of soil, natural and water-protection procedures as well as the fighter-medicine detection Control and accompaniment of freelance architectural and engineering offices Compilation of expert advice and opinions Quality, time and cost control

(Fach-)Hochschulstudie der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen (the focus of civil engineering and road construction, structural engineering, urban water management, industrial engineering construction, landscape architecture, geology, environmental management or a comparable study direction); State-tested technicians in the field of construction technology can also apply Engineers: Professional experience in performance phases 1-9 HOAI is desirable Technicians: long-term professional experience in the performance phases 1-9 HOAI is a prerequisite Knowledge of computer-based time and cost control Organizational talent, negotiation skills and enforcement Constructive team skills Language skills required are at least level C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference (GER) Ready to travel, driving licence class B
