Professional and disciplinary leadership of around 15 employees Organisation and control of the operating daily business of the milling/toothing/room areas Monitoring and compliance with quality, costs and dates as well as deriving countermeasures in case of deviations in your area Expected capacity and resource planning Participation in the further development of these areas at our site Detection of potential for improvement and implementation of optimization measures Competent and trusted leadership as contact person for your employees

Insufficient vocational training in the machining sector with further training as a master or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician, specialist or the like) Multiannual experience in milling and toothing Leadership experience in a comparable task High ready-to-use, enforcement capacity and independent and structured operation Responsibility and decision-making taking into account economic criteria We presuppose the routined handling of current MS Office programs and PPS systems, experiences with ERP/MES are advantageous Knowledge of Shopfloor Management and Lean Production are desirable
