Case worker in the department for war consequences regulations (m/f/d)

You are entitled to dispose of risks to former air protection and defence installations pursuant to Section 19 of the General Act of War (AKG), including inventory management, special property and other installations. You are responsible for the inventory management of a plant portfolio consisting of air protection, production tunnels, etc., as well as in the special property of the Federal standing plant. The main focus of the inventory management is the legal examination of the federal debtor's liability and the responsibility of the federal government with regard to the protection of traffic for the installations in your area of responsibility. Here, the basic book research and the profound evaluation of the internal file material are part of your daily work. In the event of judicial disputes, you are working towards the management level and the mandained lawyers. In addition, you will have external enquiries and work to prepare statistics, reports and draft texts. If necessary, prepare reviewer appointments and perform them independently. If the examiner establishes a direct risk to human life or health at a plant, coordinate the safety/removal of the risk in cooperation with the respective construction administration.
