Active support of Talent Acquisition and the team in implementing strategic and operational tasks Independent coordination of appointments and interviews between applicants and subject areas Professional reception and support of candidates and ensuring a positive Candidate Experience Care, analysis and optimization of application documents and processes in the applicant management system Working on projects for the further development of recruiting and employer branding measures Creating and preparing reports, presentations and documents to support decision-making processes Proactive communication with internal and external partners* to ensure smooth processes and promote close cooperation in the recruiting team

completed studies in the field of business management, human resources management or a comparable discipline; alternatively a completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience Experience in recruiting, personnel or project assistance Organisational skills and a structured, independent working Communication strength and a friendly, professional appearance Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with applicant management systems Discretion and a high level of service orientation Joy in working with people and in a dynamic environment Very good German and good English skills
