Operations Manager | Biogas plants | Saxony (m/f/d)

Become part of our team and take responsibility for our biogas plants as manager (m/w/d). Their expertise is in demand to successfully lead the plants in Gröbern, Lichtensee and possibly another plant in Saxony. Technical management and maintenance of biogas plants: You are responsible for the technical support of our biogas plant, including the associated block heating plants and biogas treatment plants. On site on the facilities, in Potsdam by agreement (main seat of Danpower GmbH) and in mobile work. You will guide the team and plan to use your employees to ensure a smooth process. You take care of the installation as well as the maintenance of our service and maintenance concepts, in order to keep the systems in an optimal position. Ensuring operational readiness and process optimization: Another important task is to ensure and monitor the supply of raw materials so that the plant runs efficiently. For technical failures and disturbances, you will analyse the causes and find pragmatic solutions to quickly fix them. In addition, you continuously optimize the process processes and assess the biological plant condition to increase efficiency. Approval management, safety and efficiency: You ensure that the business project specifications are complied with and work closely with the company team as well as regularly with the management and management. In addition, you support us in the handling of insurance and warranty cases and ensure that the operation is always compliant with the approval. These are your skills: Study or technical training with qualification: You have completed your studies in the field of agriculture, mechanical engineering or process engineering with a focus on bioenergy or biogas. Or you have a technical training that has been supplemented by a further training to the technician or master. Professional experience and expertise: You have several years of professional experience in the field of biogas, have a good understanding of biological relationships and process engineering processes and have already gained experience in the personnel management of smaller operational teams. Specific expertise: In addition, you will bring expertise in plant engineering, engine engineering and gas treatment. Personal competencies: If you also have commercial skills and show negotiation certainty, you are the right person. IT, language and other knowledge: Very good MS-Office knowledge as well as German knowledge of native language and the possession of a valid class B driver's license complete your profile.
