Head of National Tax (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the tax area and further development of the team Total responsibility for tax compliance, reporting and accounting issues within the Group Tax accompaniment of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and ensuring proper reporting Contact for national and international tax issues as well as Sparring partners for management and departments Further development and digitization of processes, structures and systems in the control area Tax monitoring of projects, transactions and regulatory requirements Responsibility for cooperation with external consultants, auditors and financial authorities Designing the strategic development of the tax function in an international environment

Successfully completed study of economic, financial or legal sciences with a tax focus or comparable qualification - deposited tax consultant exams Multiannual professional experience in tax consulting and/or in the tax function of an international company Knowledge of national and international corporate tax law, tax reporting and tax accounting Experience in the supervision of a wide range of tax issues in the Group environment Proven leadership experience and ability to develop teams and organisations Impressed communication strength as well as the ability to convey complex tax issues to management level Experience in the optimization of processes, structures and governance models in the control area German and English skills
