Technical controlling of demanding projects in special depth construction during the execution phase Monitoring and analysis of cost, timing and performance levels Creation of target-actual comparisons and forecasts and evaluations Support for construction and project management in the economic management of the projects Participation in post-subscription processing and evaluation of opportunities and risks Testing of technical key figures and identification of optimization potentials Creation of regular reports and decision templates for project and department management Close cooperation with building management, costing and purchasing

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, construction management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in technical controlling, project controlling or construction management desirable Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of iTWO, RIB or comparable systems is advantageous Embossed technical and economic understanding Analytical, Structured and Independent Operation Communication strength and team spirit Readiness to travel within North Rhine-Westphalia to our construction sites
