Contract & Claim Manager – Construction Project Power Grid, SuedLink (m/f/d)

You work closely with the project teams on the construction sites and in the project offices and take responsibility for the contractual and economic management of demanding construction and infrastructure projects. Specifically, you process and evaluate supplements as well as claims on the client and contractor side. In doing so, you identify, evaluate and control contract risks and develop claim and negotiation strategies that you implement in a solution-oriented manner. In addition, you will advise the project management on contract-relevant questions and assess performance changes. In the daily business, you create policy templates for project management and management and ensure the comprehensible contractual and claim documentation. You will also be happy to introduce your expertise in tendering, designing important contracts and developing contract and claim management processes.

You have completed their studies in technical, economic or legal fields or comparable qualifications and relevant professional experience. Multiannual experience in contract and claim management of construction, infrastructure or energy projects plus knowledge in building contract law, in particular in the fields of VOB/B and BGB. You will be particularly impressed with routine in the follow-up calculation and evaluation of both disability displays, construction time extensions and additional cost requirements. By means of analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, negotiation skills, enforcement ability and a safe occurrence, you can start here well. In addition, you will be happy to work with different departments and are ready to take over business trips. You have a class B licence for this.
