Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

For our subsidiary, Tool GmbH, we are looking for a logistics manager (m/w/d) as soon as possible

Leadership, motivation and further development of the logistics team

Ensuring and promoting a safe working environment and compliance with all safety guidelines

planning and control of production lines within the Frozen period; Head of the local scheduling team

Organisation of optimal stocks of finished and semi-finished products and ensuring correct storage

Coordination of shipping including maintenance of loading times, quantities and optimal truck load

Close cooperation with production planning, transport planning and maintenance to achieve maximum efficiency

Initiation and implementation of local continuous improvement measures in safety, efficiency, quality and service

Monitoring of logistical processes and analysis and optimization of relevant KPIs

Ensuring compliance with cargo safety requirements, customs requirements and quality guidelines

Complete studies in the field of supply chain, engineering, logistics or comparable qualification

Knowledge of industrial production and logistics processes

Multiannual experience in supply chain management and logistics & warehousing as well as leading larger operating teams (APICS certification of advantage)

Very good knowledge of SAP, WMS and TMS as well as good MS Office knowledge

Analytical and solution-oriented operation, communication strength as well as pronounced team and leadership

Very good knowledge of English; other languages such as Portuguese
