Contact person for organizational enquiries and problems of customers and within the service team Disposition of service technicians in the area of responsibility in close coordination with the technical service managers incl. Continuous updating of deployment planning and coordination of follow-up dates Ordering spare parts and other materials (including technical gases) and tracking of delivery dates Coordination of material deliveries to the site of use in consultation with various stakeholders such as customers, colleagues in order management and the spare parts team or the technical service managers Support for tasks such as auditing, tracking, repair offers and monitoring the list of open orders

Completed vocational training in the commercial sector with several years of professional experience, if possible in a technical sector Ideally basic technical understanding in refrigeration technology Experience in the organisation and coordination of service technicians and subcontractors Secure handling of MS Office applications, ideally SAP experience English knowledge Flexibility and loadability Organisational talent Safe and friendly appearance Independent and conscientious work Communication-strong, confident personality Self-responsible, solution-oriented working style Team skills
