Head of Patient Management in Munich (m/f/d)

Heading & Development: You continuously manage, control and develop the patient management department with the areas of administration, occupancy management, redemption, hospital billing and receivable management. Patient care: You are responsible for patient care and provide a professional and service-oriented procedure. Data exchange & billing: You carry out the proper exchange of data with the cost carriers according to § 301 SGB V and control its correct implementation. Cost acquisition & Facilitation: You secure the cost assumptions and are responsible for the patient's auditing using the SAP IS-H patient management system. Asset management: You are responsible for efficient and structured receivable management for patients and cost-beneficiaries. Projects & cooperation: You take over individual projects and actively participate in cross-clinic projects.

You have a degree in economics or comparable training and have relevant professional experience. You have experience in patient management, including the service-oriented care of patients from reception to dismissal to stationary settlement (DRG and care kit). You have already gained first leadership experience and are familiar with project management. You have well-founded experience in cooperation with legal and private cost companies (GKV and PKV). A high level of social competence, conscientiousness and enforcing skills are yours. You convince with pronounced problem-solving and communication skills.
