Infrastructure Engineer / Platform SRE (m/f/d)

Conception, development, integration and operation of secure, scalable platform services Development and maintenance of our monitoring/observability platform Ensure availability of platform services Planning, selection, evaluation and operation of the required hardware and software products Definition of infrastructure as code (IaC) Automation of tasks for our data center resources Cooperation with platform and DevOps engineers on prem and in the cloud Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering or comparable qualifications. Multiannual professional experience as a system engineer, network engineer or in a comparable, infrastructure-focused role. Practical experience with at least three of the following solutions: vSphere, Morpheus, Kubernetes with RKE2, RHEL, IPA, AWX, Satellite, Rundeck, Icinga, Prometheus, ELK. Secure handling of git and sound knowledge of on-prem and cloud technologies, CI/CD processes and infrastructure‐as code approaches (e.g. Ansible, Terraform). Solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working with hand-on mentality and high quality standards. Openness for innovation, agile mindset and a pronounced culture of continuous improvement. Strong service and customer orientation as well as the ability to communicate complex technical content in a comprehensible manner and to cooperate effectively with different teams. Proven very good German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2).
