The facility Im Uhrig offers afternoon care for 45 children and young people with disabilities aged 12 to 18 years after school and during school holidays. The aim is to support and promote self-determination, lifestyle and the takeover of self-responsibility. We are looking for one/n at the next time Senior Consultant (m/d) in the area of disabled persons or Child/Youth assistance (part time: 32 hours/week) 1x indefinite, 1x terminated until 31.12.2027 and 1x terminated as a medical representation

Care, promotion and care of young people with disabilities after school and integration into the urban environment Support for families in their education, together with the school and other youth reference and auxiliary institutions professional preparation and documentation of pedagogical work and constructive cooperation in the team expert documentation and development reports Cooperation with schools and other institutions involved

a training as a state-recognized educator or nurse a comparable pedagogical training first professional experience in integrative institutions or in youth work or work with affected persons is desirable Joy in working with young people with disabilities, their care and integration in society
