Control of new construction projects with focus on LPH 0-4 HOAI in the building Development of new project strategies in the planning and award of new construction projects Participation in the concept development of a reduced and modular new BVE building standards Cooperation in the development of new standards and efficient AI-supported processes in project development Development of efficient, economic and user-oriented ground plan solutions Ensuring sustainability requirements Coordination and control of architects, specialist planners and other project participants

Complete degree in architecture, urban planning, civil engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in the project development of residential projects Knowledge of the LPH 0-4 HOAI and the control of planning processes Affinity for digital and AI-based processes Experience in the development of plan law and the handling of authorities Strategic thinking as well as a sense of feasibility and project development of cooperative housing Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity Safe handling of VOB/HOAI; Advantageous knowledge of housing and energy standards
