Manager Capital Markets – Real Estate Transaktionen (m/f/d)

Planning, implementation and ongoing support of capital market financing (including equity, bonds, convertible bonds, hybrid and sustainable financing instruments), incl. Analysis of the suitability of financial instruments in the context of the strategic orientation of the client and relevant KPI and communication with relevant stakeholders, including investment banks and internal bodies Support for implementation and ongoing development of the financing strategy Participation in creditor relations assignment, including support for corporate and instrument ratings, ongoing dialogue with rating agencies and debt investors Current monitoring of capital markets and monitoring of key indicators, risks and covenants, as well as the preparation of relevant reporting Support and acceptance of responsibility in the implementation of specific project and special tasks

Successfully completed university studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject You are welcome to continue with the capital market, e.g. to CFA About 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in an investment bank, in the audit/consultancy or in the corporate finance sector related to the capital markets (financing/transactions) Advantageous is an expertise in real estate ( transactions) Very good user knowledge in MS-Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) German and English knowledge in word and writing Self-employed working with entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and good analytical and organizational skills High level of initiative, reliability, endurance and loadability Very good communication skills as well as strong team skills
