(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you work across groups on the strategic and operational development of our e-commerce products within the ECOMMERCE ONE Group. You are responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for defined product areas – for example the further development of our Gambio webshop solution. You analyze market, competition and customer data and highlight clear priorities for product features and initiatives. You translate customer requirements into structured epics and user stories and work closely with development, UX, customer support and sales. You are taxing cross-group initiatives – such as integrations between shop, ERP, marketplace connection and search technology – and for a consistent product ecosystem. You prioritize features along strategic fit, sales potential, customer value and technical feasibility. You accompany product releases, perform internal enablement sessions and support Marketing & Sales in positioning and pricing. You create a data-driven product process with clear feedback loops from support, sales and existing customers.

For us, your product management experience in the SaaS or e-commerce environment as well as your entrepreneurial thinking count more than formal qualifications. You have several years of experience in product management – ideally in the area of shop systems, ERP, marketplace or e-commerce software. You work structured, priority consistent and can translate strategic target images into feasible roadmaps. You have experience in managing interdisciplinary teams. You understand technical relationships and can discuss with developers at eye level. You communicate clearly, convincingly and address-oriented – internally and externally. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
