General coordination of all electrotechnical structures - Control of planning, tendering and execution Representation of RWTH (Facility Management/BLB) as a user and contractor for complex research and infrastructure projects (e.g. “Future Rheinisches Revier”) Project management of university building measures in all HOAI performance phases (1 -9) - preparation, testing and negotiation of performance directories and award documents RWTH Institutes and Institutions in Electrical Engineering Implementation and monitoring of quality, safety and compliance standards (DIN, VDE, internal RWTH guidelines) and proactive risk management Preparation of project progress, cost, and quality reports for management, departments and external sponsors Organisation and moderation of project kick-offs, workshops, acceptance sessions and stakeholder meetings As a state-of-the-art, technical university, we are constantly evolving, going new paths and being a pioneer in the latest developments and technologies. To complement our multi-layered team, you will have the following conditions and features: You have successfully completed a university degree (master or comparable) in the field of electrical engineering or facility management. Alternatively, you have obtained a university degree (Bachelor or comparable) in the above-mentioned field and can gain at least five years of professional experience from the fields of planning and construction management. You bring well-founded professional experience and knowledge from the fields of energy and building technology with (engineering, planning office or comparable work place). You can master AVA, Microsoft Project and the MS Office package. You have a well-founded knowledge of procurement law (VOB, HOAI, DIN regulations). You are able to efficiently capture and manage complex relationships through their analytical and conceptual capabilities. You act service-oriented and represent the RWTH sovereign. You convince with excellent communication, enforcement and team skills and have an outstanding design, coordination and organizational talent.
