Strategic Customer Manager (m/w/d)

For our customers we are looking for an ambitious personality with passion for sales, customer loyalty and strategic development.

As a Strategic Customer Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for managing important customers and actively shaping sustainable success. Customer support – Own responsibility for Key Accounts incl. sales and budget responsibility Strategy & Analysis – External and internal evaluation of customer performance Customer appointments – preparation and participation in discussions at home and abroad Acquises – telephone and personal acquisition of new customers as well as deriving potentials Offer scaling – Creation of custom concepts and price offers Sales & Marketing – Coordination of actions, campaigns and participations

Qualification – Complete university studies (BWL, economics, etc.) with a focus on sales or marketing Experience – Professional practice in the FMCG or construction market industry, ideally in the sales or marketing environment Market knowledge – knowledge of trade structures in D/A/CH of advantage Strengths – Analytical thinking, communication strength and convincing appearance Language & Mobility – Flowing in German & English and Driving Class
