School Counsellor (m/f/d)

You engage children and young people in everyday school life and help them strengthen their learning behaviour and develop social skills. You accompany children and young people individually, promote their independence and support them in constructively solving conflicts and building positive social relationships. You work closely with teachers, parents, schools and other stakeholders. You support participation in teaching and help achieve individual goals. You document relevant developments and contribute to successful support for children and young people.

Pedagogical knowledge, for example through training as an educator, nurse or a comparable qualification, are welcome as well as experience in school guidance, integration aid or work with children and adolescents. You bring experience and joy in work with children and young people. We also welcome practical experience in the educational, school or care field. Your self-safe appearance, combined with high social competence, empathy and team skills, makes you a valuable member of our team.
