Cross-company welding supervision (m/f/d)

You monitor welding, take work samples and support welding skills. You supervise and carry out welding and process tests. The final inspection of welded assemblies is one of your tasks. You agree with personnel and specialist supervisors, possibly also with building supervisors and/or customers (m/w/d) The technical clarification with the design and technical support for internal quality topics is your responsibility. You carry out appointments with upstream and downstream structures. You carry out training and you monitor compliance with the work protection during welding.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed vocational training in a technical profession focusing on welding technology. In addition, you have additional training for the welding specialist according to DVS-IIW 1170 and the qualification VT 2 according to DIN EN ISO 9712. You bring experience in the welding of shipbuilding or steel constructions with and as a welding supervisor. You're ready to work in 3 layers. Your strong understanding of the rules and processes as well as your professional ethics are yours. You work independently, organized, structured and have fun to support and guide employees (m/w/d). Your good social competence and your own desire to continuously improve yourself and the operation round off your profile.
