We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of IT: IT Delivery Lead Cross-sectional Solutions (m/w/d) Ownership: You carry the IT-special responsibility for a solution group, ensure the proper service provision and develop the associated services strategically within the framework of governance.

Leadership: You act as a central contact person within the solution group, control internal and external resources in close coordination with the field manager and promote cooperation and knowledge transfer.

Strategy & Governance: You actively support the IT strategy, manage governance requirements and ensure compliance with architectural, security and sourcing policies in close cooperation with vendor and contract management.

Service Portfolio: You are responsible for the strategic development of your solution group's IT service portfolio and ensure service-level-compliant provision of services.

Efficiency: You are responsible for the commercial management and cost-effectiveness of the services within the solution group, possibly together with the service owners.

Continuous Improvement: You drive forward the continuous improvement of services, processes, methods and tools and ensure close coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Complete university studies in computer science or a comparable subject

Multiannual experience in IT environment, ideally complemented by first professional leadership experience

Very pronounced communication and team skills

Experience in software development and in classic and agile project management

Knowledge of common process standards in IT operation and IT-sourcing

Very good German knowledge (C2) and good English knowledge (C1)
