Senior Process Owner Order to Cash (m/f/d)

End-to-end response for order-to-cash: You are responsible for the continuous further development and standardization of the O2C process from the order system to performance detection and correction to the payment receipt. Designing the S/4HANA transformation: You develop the future O2C target image together with specialist areas, IT and project team and ensure its successful implementation within the framework of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Transformation. Control of process integration and stakeholders: You secure the technical interconnection with adjacent processes such as lead-to-order and record-to-report and coordinate the cooperation between departments, IT, key users and external partners. Process control and optimization: You establish relevant key figures, identify automation and digitization potentials and drive the continuous improvement of the end-to-end process. Governance, compliance and quality assurance: You provide an effective internal control system and you are responsible for the technical quality, transparency and audit safety of the O2C process.

Completion of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in the order-to-cash environment, in debitor accounting or in the design of financial processes – ideally in the professional service environment Funded SAP knowledge (R/3 and ideally S/4HANA), safe in the FI/SD modules, ideally complemented by FSCM Experience in SAP transformation and migration projects (e.g. R/3 → S/4HANA) Good understanding of the record-to-report process Knowledge of process management/BPM and internal control system (IKS) Embossed analytical skills, communication strength and sovereign stakeholder management
