For our location in Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig or Munich, we are looking for you with a multi-day mobile office option per week in full time (40 h) at the next possible time as (Senior) Product Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d) Mobile Apps Your mission As an expert in mobile apps, you take the holistic responsibility for our iOS and Android apps and drive the optimization of our existing products to continuously improve the user experience of Funnels in our apps. You are responsible for the continuous planning and implementation of our mobile strategy. This includes not only collecting and evaluating customer insights, but also working closely with UX, software engineering, marketing and customer service to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets - on the complete journey from acquisition to customer retention. Together with the Product Leads and in close cooperation with other Product Owners, you shape the vision, strategy, orientation and roadmap of our products and define, control and analyze their goals and operational metrics. You always prioritize your work taking into account business goals, customer needs and implementation issues - with the aim of implementing the measures with the highest impact first. You work in a cross-functional team and control it professionally to form the business models of your products and identify their biggest risks and opportunities. You have a deep understanding of the problems you identify through user research and a constant exchange with our customers, and your solution is evaluierst through the application of various methods and tools in the areas of Lean Startup, Design Thinking etc. You validate hypotheses as early as possible and ensure maximum added value at minimum effort. You are responsible for the data-based delivery and prioritize your backlog according to the measures with the highest impact on our corporate goals. You work data-based in continuous build-moeure-learn cycles and use analysis tools, A/B tests and user feedback to check your solutions through qualitative and quantitative measures - both in the context of discovery and after the launch.

You have many years of experience as a product manager or product owner with proven success in the implementation and development of mobile apps, ideally in the B2C and e-commerce sector. You bring a strong expertise and a profound understanding in the design and development of mobile apps that allow you to focus on user guidance and user behavior on mobile devices. The handling of qualitative and quantitative data is important to you to make informed decisions. You have already done User Research yourself and worked closely with UX Design, Research and Analysts. You have a strong focus on the customer and on an impact-based “mobile first” mindset. You have very good Discovery knowledge and let your analytical approach come in when it comes to making the right decisions that make the success of your product. You have an outstanding track record in mobile and mobile app delivery. You are creative and strive for innovative product ideas. You have empathic and enforceable communication skills across teams and hierarchies and feel comfortable in both the written and the oral to align yourself with a variety of stakeholders and to communicate product decisions and their reasons. You are structured, organized, proactive and result-oriented and able to balance and prioritize several projects. You always keep your eyes on goals and timelines. You speak English and German fluently (at C1 level or higher).
