Our medium-sized company employs about 60 employees.

We combine excellent machining with complex assembly and are therefore a sought-after partner for customers in the field of mass spectrometry and analytical measuring instruments.

In order to ensure the high quality of our customers, we resort to a modern machine park in machining, 3D coordinate measuring machines and optical measuring machines.

With our specialist personnel, including CNC cutters, erodors and assembly equipment, we realize individual customer requests according to drawing - on time and in the highest quality. Projektmanager (m/w/d)

In their function, you bear the operational responsibility for our machining department. You organize the shift operation of the hall, but You work flexibly in sliding time without a shift obligation.

Production management: technical and organizational management of the production hall (CNC turning, CNC milling) as well as securing the timely production in multi-layer operation and the digital maintenance, monitoring and booking of manufacturing orders in the ERP system. Team management & deployment planning: Efficient personnel deployment and shift planning, support and motivation of your team as well as the training of our machining mechanics. Process optimization: Continuous improvement of production processes, set-up times and machine running times (KVP). Quality assurance: monitoring of quality standards and compliance with safety, environmental and safety regulations in the hall. Interface work: Close exchange with work preparation, logistics and management during planning and technical implementation.

Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in the field of machining technology (e.g. machining mechanic, precision mechanics m/w/d) or comparable technical training. Ideally, you have completed a training to the industrial or craftsman or have a comparable qualification. Experience: Found professional experience in cutting-edge manufacturing (CNC technology, turning/milling) and first detectable experience in managing employees. Control knowledge: Safe handling of the CNC controls Heidenhain and Siemens as well as a distinct understanding of technical drawings. Personality: Enforcement, organizational talent in shift operation and a solution-oriented working method, coupled with modern leadership and social competence at eye level.
