For our Global Processes department in Leipheim we are looking for a Global Process Manager (w/m/d) Sales at the next possible date.

You are part of the team responsible for the global S/4HANA transformation You collect business requirements for end-to-end processes, translate them into functional specifications related to S/4HANA best practices and take responsibility for implementing state-of-the-art solutions (templates, clear rules, instructions, training, rollout, communication, support, ...) You run and manage dedicated international workshops, projects or change management activities with various functions to identify potential ideas and opportunities and improve end-to-end processes without losing sight of WANZL's overall strategy and roadmap. You take responsibility for monitoring project success through compliance with time, scope and budget targets. You participate in industry expert groups and forums to transfer innovations from outside to the WANZL Group.

Master or Bachelor degree or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience English and German language skills in word and writing Founded professional experience in operational functions or process organisations in comparable industries, with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes (ideally including master data governance) Combination of strategic and operational awareness in sales and service In-depth and practical experience with project management and successful change management Detailed knowledge of the end-to-end processes and the associated functions within the value chain (conception of the whole, out-of-the-box mentality and cross-disciplinary thinking) proven experience in the design and implementation of processes Knowledge of typical components of a system landscape for a producing company and its typical functionalities and Painpoints Representative team player with willingness to travel abroad
