Support for trade and end customers Processing of order preparation and control, shipment ventilation and tracking as well as complaints clarification of the client's general customer requests Creation of accounting documents in business-specific IT systems Management of communication with traders/customers, employees of the client and the field service

Closed commercial training, e.g. office businessman or industrial businessman and ideally first professional experience in customer support Safe in handling MS Office and good IT skills Good English and very good German knowledge in word and writing Communicative and dedicated personality A binding occurrence, structured functioning and good self-organisation Care and high customer orientation
