Your New Task

• Planning participation, Implementation and Evaluation Person-centric support for adult people with mental and/or physical disabilities
• Asssistance and Assistance of residents (m/w/d) to ensure the most independent way of life and promotion of personal development and social participation
• Implementation of the individual participation plans and documentation of the development course
• Fachspecific and cross-disciplinary cooperation** within individual networks and other process participants
• implementation of career activities and organization or management work

Your profile

• Completed training for the Old Career (w/m/d), **Heilerziehungspfleger (w/m/d)** or a comparable qualification
• Experiences, Engagement and Freude accompanied by people with disabilities
• Personnel-centric work in the support and consultation process
• Various pedagogical Methods and "Tool Competence"
• A reliable and flexible personality that takes responsibility and works constructively in the team
• Willingness to work in shift service (no subservices)
• A routined handling of the standard software of the MS Office package
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
