Then you’ll find an exciting challenge as a project manager (m/w/d) in the area of Tied Agents and Broker Sales. Responsibility for the planning and management of innovative IT projects focusing on the development and integration of sales applications into existing IT landscapes Professional leadership of employees in the project team Planning, implementation and structured completion of projects – including documentation and control of technically complex integration projects Ensuring and implementing test and quality standards and compliance with documentation standards Creation of project reports, preparation of decision templates and organisation and management of meetings with relevant bodies and decision-makers

You have a university degree in business, computer science, insurance or a comparable field of expertise and have at least five years of experience in the management of digital projects Impressive ability to solve complex technical challenges using modern technologies Detectional experience in controlling complex near and offshore IT projects Comprehensive knowledge in IT project management methods as well as in IT planning, development and test methods including common tools High level of self-initiative, enforcing, sense of responsibility and team capacity as well as readiness to travel and excellent knowledge of German and English
