Your tasks:

• You accompany children, young people and families in their daily lives and in their social environment.
• Together with the families, you develop sustainable perspectives, strengthen existing resources, and support individual and family challenges.
• You work independently and at the same time integrated into a professionally dedicated team.
• You work closely and trustfully with the youth offices, other social institutions and network partners.

You bring with me:

• a completed study of social work or social education, as far as possible with state recognition or comparable educational qualifications; or
• a completed training for the state-recognized Erieher/educator takes at least three years of professional experience in outpatient or stationary child and youth assistance
• professional and personal competence, an appreciation of children, young people and families
• independent and structured work as well as pleasure in working together in the team and with our cooperation partners
