Acquisition of mandates for technical consulting services (e.g. in the field of technical due diligence, feasibility studies, commissioning management, project management and sustainability) in the real estate industry Construction of new customers and expansion as well as continuous maintenance of existing customers Regular personal contact with customer contact partners of all hierarchical levels Planning, implementation and follow-up of activities in close coordination with the sales management and the Chief Sales Officer Consultative adaptation and continuous expansion of the service portfolio according to customer and market requirements in close cooperation with the department Regular exchange of the requirements and current market developments of industries and customers with sector management Participation in trade fairs and events to expand the contact network and expand the customer base

Multiannual professional experience and market knowledge in the real estate sector, especially in the field of capital management companies (Portfolio and Asset Managers), experience with project taxers Authentic and open personality with fun at intensive customer contact Practical knowledge in the implementation of projects involving internal and external resources Analytical, solution- and conclusion-oriented thinking combined with a team-oriented and structured working method Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
