Support of the HR team in operational daily business Participation in recruiting (job advertisements, applicant management, appointment organization) Care and management of personnel master files Support for HR projects (e.g. employer branding, personnel development) Accompanying and implementing the further digitization of our HR processes Support in the creation of contract documents and evaluation of HR key figures

Immatrikulation in a degree programme in Human Resource Management, BWL or a comparable degree programme focusing on HR Ideally, knowledge and/or interest in personal business topics Structured and careful operation Discretion and sense of responsibility in handling confidential data Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Communication-strong personality in dealing with colleagues German language skills
