Payroll Specialist (also part-time possible) (m/f/d)

In the People & Organization's Payroll team, you will ensure that our colleagues receive their pay bills reliably, correctly and transparently.

You take the full pay bill for a defined group of employees and take into account all relevant legal requirements and internal guidelines. You act as a contact person:in case of internal and external questions on pay billing, wage tax, social security and occupational pensions. The administration of the company's old-age care for different ways of implementation is in your hands - from master data management to communication with utilities. In the HCM master data, accounting and time management system, you check and evaluate personnel and time data and perform plausibility checks. In the preparation of actuarial advice, you will take note of certificates, evaluations and statistics for internal and external stakeholders. Monthly and annual closing work, including account clarifications, is self-taxed and tuned with financial sector, external service providers:inside and public authorities. In projects for the further development of the billing of charges, you will bring your experience, supported in process optimization, the implementation of new system solutions and the further digitization of our payroll landscape.

You have a commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification or an economic study and brings several years of experience in the pay bill. You are sure to use very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law in order to make pay bills legally secure and efficient. In a common accounting system, you work routined and have ideally already collected project experience in the context of payroll processes. You use or develop knowledge in occupational pensions to support colleagues and interfaces competently. With MS Office, in particular Excel, you are confident about and using evaluations, analyses and data processing to create transparency and decision bases. Good English skills in word and writing allow you to work together in an international environment and communicate with global stakeholders. In challenging situations, you keep an overview, analyze facts and work carefully, bindingly and solution-oriented with colleagues.
