Professional acceptance and forwarding of incoming telephone calls and central communication interface for guests, employees and external contact persons Information about hotel services, events and general information about the stay of guests Processing and forwarding of messages and requests via various communication channels (telephone, email, internal systems) Support of guests in service requests, for example in the search of telephone numbers, addresses or external services Care and documentation of communication processes in the internal software and information systems Organisation and implementation of wake-up calls and disclosure of relevant guest information Monitoring of central technical systems in the field of safety and communication, such as fire alarm system or emergency call systems Consumption and immediate forwarding of emergency calls, alerts and safety-related events in accordance with the applicable policies

Complete training in the hotel industry, in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification First experience in guest service, at the reception, in the telephone center or in customer service Very good communication skills as well as a friendly and service-oriented appearance Safe handling of common computer programs and the willingness to work with internal software and communication systems Good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English; other foreign languages of advantage Reliable, structured and responsible operation, in particular in dealing with safety-relevant situations Teamability and a high level of discretion and professionalism Ready to work in shiftwork, even on weekends and holidays Elasticity and rest even in stressful situations Absolute service orientation, high reliability and loadability as well as a careful operation are also distinguishable.
