Inside Sales Executive (m/f/d)

You support and support the Regional Sales Manager & KAM (all genders) / Sales with regard to the commercial objectives (sales and sales targets) and the expansion of customer/business relations as well as the acquisition of new customers You are responsible for the offer skalkulation and support the contract negotiations with our customers according to general guidelines In a matrix role/interface function, you act as an active contact partner for our customers and internal departments (Operative, Finance & Controlling, Product and Service departments) You support sales performance through CRM processes & controlling internal KPIs You actively participate in optimizing our sales approaches and sales activities

A successfully completed vocational training for the freight forwarder / freight forwarder with the focus on air freight Detectional experience in inside sales or a similar sales-oriented role High customer orientation and open communication strong and reliable personality Cooperative and independent, structured and targeted working methods, flexibility Ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner and to respond to the needs of customers Safe handling of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and the current MS Office applications Very good English language skills in word and writing
