● You mount high-precision optomechanical assemblies according to detailed Work steps and defined technical processes. ● You adjust and adjust complex laser systems. ● You work safely and carefully with technical tools. ● You carry out measurements with special measuring and testing equipment. ● You document your work and measurement results reliably. ● You recognize quality deviations and systematically follow them. ● You support continuous improvement processes and 5S activities. ● Together with your team, you will ensure highest quality and precision standards.

● You have completed technical training, such as mechatronics (m/w/d), electronics (m/w/d), electrical engineering (m/w/d) or in a comparable range. ● You have already worked practically in technical assembly, manufacturing, testing or a comparable production environment. ● You can safely handle tools and bring a good technical understanding. ● Ideally, you already have experience with measuring and testing equipment. ● You like to work practically and are used to perform technical tasks yourself. ● You work focused and precise and can reliably implement detailed work instructions. ● You have a strong quality awareness and take responsibility for your work. ● You're ready to work in the shift system. ● You have German knowledge at least B2 level. ● You're looking for a long-term job.
