In the project portfolio management, the central investment planning for network expansion is controlled and ensures that billion investments are used efficiently and strategically. In this position, I can actively shape the standards for superordinate project and portfolio processes that ensure the success of our projects and form the basis for the central investment planning in the project portfolio management. I connect strategic thinking with operational implementation and contribute to making knowledge available transparent and efficient. In this way, I create the basis for a professional project management in an environment that develops dynamically and makes a direct contribution to the energy transition. In active exchange with the stakeholders, I find superordinate solutions and secure the up-to-date of standards. My tasks Establishment and further development of project management guidelines and standards: making the topicality and consistency of the company-wide project management and portfolio management guidelines; adapting to new methods, regulatory requirements and best practices, Support in implementing standards in projects and programs.

Master or Diploma completed studies of a suitable subject (e.g. engineering, business management, industrial engineering or similar), experience in project management, ideally in the context of portfolio management, knowledge of common PM methods (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, agile approaches), Affinity for process management and knowledge organization, communication strength, structured working and team capacity, Versified handling of Microsoft Office, process modeling software and BPMN standard as well as common PM tools, Languages: German knowledge (C1) and very good English knowledge (B2) No need, but of advantage: Experience in planning and implementing infrastructure projects.
