You create regular reports for management and sales and develop KPIs further, ensuring consistent KPI logic and defining target values/ benchmarks as well as responsible. You conduct regular and ad hoc analyses, identify deviations and trends and develop forecasts as well as scenarios (customer, product and channel analyses). You develop measures to improve sales, margin and customer retention, support management decisions and advise sales, marketing and product management. You ensure data quality, develop data models and drive the automation and optimization of reporting processes.

You have completed your studies in the field of business management with a focus on controlling. You have well-founded know-how in sales processes and ideally in the energy industry. You have experience in building and developing KPIs, dashboards and reporting systems. You have experience in sales controlling or Business Analytics and are characterized by high analytical and conceptual strength. You bring very good knowledge in Power BI or BI tools, data modeling and advanced Excel skills. You analyse data independently and derive effective measures for distribution. You work independently, result-oriented and guide clear recommendations for action. You communicate responsively and act proactively with a pronounced business partner set. .
