Construction management HKLS data center (m/f/d)

As a construction manager, you are responsible for the implementation of demanding data center projects at the construction site. In doing so, you are the central contact person for all project-related HKLS structures and ensure efficient, safe and high-quality execution of the work. Your tasks include: Responsibility for the implementation and control of construction projects in the field of ventilation, cooling and sanitation, including scheduling, resource coordination and monitoring of construction site processes. Control of project costs, follow-up and change management as well as regular coordination with the commercial project team. Management and coordination of subcontractors and monitoring of project progress through regular construction sites, planning and coordination meetings. Creation and evaluation of progress, security and performance reports, identification and management of project-relevant risks, deviations and delays. Ensuring a successful project completion with final accounting, handover documentation, defect management and continuous further development of internal processes and processes.
