Your role in us As a team management of Communication & Digitization, you are responsible for the strategic development of member communication and accompany central digitization projects of our company. Together with your team, you will develop modern communication formats, digital processes and new ways of participation. You actively shape the further development of our area – from the introduction of new systems to the integration of modern technologies.

Member Communications & Cooperative Organisation and monitoring of representative elections Further development of communication with our members Planning and implementation of member events and neighbourhood formats Promotion of participation and exchange within the cooperative Public Relations & Marketing Control of external communication of the cooperative Planning and implementation of marketing and public measures Editorial responsibility for our membership magazine Application of events and projects of the cooperative Digitalization & IT projects Further development of digital tenant and member communication Designing modern, digitally supported communication processes Project management in the introduction of new software solutions (including CRM) Identification and integration of meaningful AI applications in communication, service and internal processes active participation of the cooperative's digitalization strategy by 2035 Team Leadership & Development Heading and further development of a dedicated team Promoting modern working methods and independent work Structure and development of processes in the field Promoting and developing young people, e.g. in training or dual courses in the field of IT and marketing communication

You combine communication strength with digital understanding and organizational ability. Experience in communication, marketing, digitalization or project management ideally experience in technology-focused organisations or digital projects Experience in the management of projects, especially in software or digitization projects strong communication and organizational capability Joy in leading and developing a dedicated team Interest in member communication, community and social topics
