Type of employment: Full time

You are responsible for the entire front office area – from smooth check-in and check-out to active control of the daily operations at the reception. You are a central contact for our guests, treat yourself with complaints and find solution-oriented decisions even in challenging situations. You actively control room occupancy, process bookings and use existing systems to optimize utilisation and sales. You run your team at the Front Office, first set up schedules, work new employees in a structured manner and continuously develop your team. You support the teams in service and housekeeping when needed.

Complete training in the hotel industry or several years of professional experience at the reception in a leadership position Basic PC knowledge (MS Office), at best also in handling a hotel PMS Hands-on mentality, flexibility and loadability Positive radiation, service orientation and team leadership competence Very good German and good English skills, French knowledge of advantage
