Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d)

Examination, confirmation and booking of incoming invoices for all international CERAFILTEC companies (especially Germany, UAE, USA, India, China). Independent clarification of open facts and communication with specialist departments, national and international suppliers. Support and maintenance of creditor accounts, including voting and clarification of open positions. Implementation and monitoring of payment transactions taking into account country-specific requirements. Participation in compliance and further development of auditing and release processes. Support for monthly and annual accounts by voting and drawing up reports. Work in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Concur.

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, tax specialist) or comparable qualification Professional experience in creditor accounting, ideally in the international environment experience in handling ERP systems; Knowledge in SAP Public Cloud and Concur are of advantage. Ideally knowledge of IFRS and international sales tax law. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Self-employed, structured and careful working. Team skills, communication strength and joy in cooperation in an international environment.
