During the steady change in these three disciplines, you keep an overview of our customers and take care of all the legal issues: from the preparation of opinions, the support of funding projects, to the representation of national and international antitrust and regulatory authorities. For our Tax & Legal Solutions business unit, we are looking for you as a lawyer for antitrust, procurement, aid law (w/m/d).

Advice - You advise and advise clients, companies and public authorities in all areas of procurement, aid and/or antitrust law. Tasks - You develop contracts, conduct negotiations, represent clients to authorities and courts and present customized solutions. You advise on the financing of public infrastructure, accompany notification procedures, and refuse recovery. In addition, you enter and structure complex procurement procedures. Mandates - Our clients support you in building legally compliant corporate structures or compliance systems as well as in supervisory or political bodies.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. As an experienced lawyer: you ideally have professional experience in cartel, procurement, or aid law. But also as a professional starter: you are welcome. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile. Your capacity for analytical thinking and your very good understanding allow you to quickly capture and portray complex legal issues.
