You can apply to one of the following priorities: Focus A: NetScaler/Application Delivery/Web Application Firewall (WAF) Focus B: SOC/SIEM Both roles work closely together, but are anchored in different teams. The NetScaler focus is responsible for operation, patching, configuration, web publishing, WAF introduction and automation of the application delivery platform. The SOC/SIEM focus is responsible for Security Monitoring, Detection Rules, Endpoint Security, Alert Triage, Dashboards and Incident Processing. Focus A – NetScaler / WAF Operation and Development of NetScaler/Citrix ADC Load Balancing, Content switching, SSL/TLS, Certificates, Webpublishing Patching, Hardening, Backup, Restore and Rollback Introduction and operation of the NetScaler WAF WAF Profiles, Policies, Signatures, Relaxations and False-Positive Tuning Automation with Ansible, Terraform, NITRO API or Scripting Connection of logs to SIEM 2nd-/3rd-Level-Troubleshoot

Focus B – SOC / SIEM Operation and further development of SIEM and EDR Further development of IT security processes Analysis, Evaluation and Triage of Security Alerts Maintenance of Detection Rules, Use Cases, Dashboards and Cases Log source connection and data quality improvement Support of Incident Response, Threat Hunting and Reporting Cooperation with other areas, such as infrastructure and network teams

A Bachelor or FH Diploma in Computer Science Education Electrical engineering and information technology

a minimum 2-year professional experience in the field of IT; or You have acquired appropriate skills and knowledge for the tasks as a ''IT-Security Specialist / IT-Security Specialist'' as part of your at least 2-year career in the field of IT. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of IT is necessary for a remuneration according to E 11 TVöD. Persons without this experience are first grouped to E 10 TVöD and raised to E 11 TVöD after obtaining the corresponding experience.
