For our area Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), we are looking for an HSE manager at the Sarstedt site at the earliest possible time. You are responsible for the need-oriented management, implementation and further development of HSE management based on applicable laws, rules and standards in the relevant field of care. You always support and advise the entrepreneur, the executives and employees in fulfilling the occupational safety requirements, in accordance with legal requirements, regulations and regulations. You are responsible for the further development and implementation of the security philosophy and culture. You develop needs-based measures to improve HSE processes and ensure implementation. You set up model risk assessments and support and advise managers in the production of facilities, job-related and activity-related risk assessments and the derivation of necessary protective measures. You carry out missions and HSE audits and help to ensure HSE application competence in both the operating business and your own employees and partner companies. You carry out incident investigations and effectiveness checks and accompany the organisation's HSE learning process, including support for instruction. You develop and implement measures to ensure the effectiveness of HSE in the organisation, and represent the company both internally and externally to authorities and professional associations in the respective regions. You take special tasks that can be cancelled in time in close coordination with the leadership.

You have a completed technical study, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or utility technology. Alternatively, you have completed a technical training, a training course for masters or technicians and a technical study or are willing to complete your studies. Ideally, you have the additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety or are ready to continue training. You already have first experience in network operation, in the construction of electricity and gas networks and in project management. You are a team player, but you can also work independently and independently. To coordinate and support our service providers and partner companies in terms of occupational safety and health protection, you are convinced by diplomatic skill and your emphatic way. You have a strong enforcement capability to implement the relevant regulations and ensure quality management. Flexibility, readiness to travel throughout our network area and a class B licence complete your profile.
