Internship | Global Service Operations Job ID 77253 | Location Crailsheim | Start now | for the duration of 4 - 6 months Your tasks As part of your internship, you support the implementation of the global service strategy. Your responsibilities include the search and analysis of best practices in the field of service operations and the comparison with internal processes to promote continuous improvements. In addition, you will create reports and conduct analysis of the performance of the worldwide service operations units to discover optimization potentials. The communication between international service teams is also actively supported by you. In the introduction and training of new technologies and systems to improve service operations, you can participate. Your profile You are studying in a technical course (alternative industrial engineering or similar) and looking for a mandatory internship. Precision and detailed orientation in handling data and reports are of course for you. High IT and data affinity is present, ideally complemented by first experience with SAP. The secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is assumed. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing are required; German knowledge is desirable. At best, you could already gain first practical experience through previous internships or side jobs in the field of service operations, project management or a related discipline. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data and derive insights from it are your strengths.
