Head of Picking (m/f/d)

Personal Planning: As Head of Commissioning (m/w/d), you can ensure that sufficient staff is always available for the daily and seasonal requirements.

Capacitors control: You analyze order volumes, utilities and performance indicators and derive the personnel requirement.

Creating application plans: You are responsible for the layer and application planning for picking and are responsive to changed conditions. Support managers: You work closely with shift managers and team leaders and support them in specialist and personal questions. Promoting personnel development: you recognize potentials within the teams and participate in the development of employees and executives.

Best conditions: You have completed commercial or logistic training and have relevant professional experience. Experience in logistics: You know the processes of a modern warehouse or logistics location and understand the challenges of commissioning. Planning and organizational talent: You think structured, analytic and keep track of complex requirements. Communication strength: You like to work with people and understand how to coordinate different interests. EDV experience: You are familiar with warehouse management and goods management systems as well as Microsoft 365. Changing layer model: You are ready to work in a regular change in the day shift as well as in the night shift. .
