Your mission: You design and secure our network architecture – from conception to implementation with our service providers. You identify risks, develop strategies and implement robust network security solutions according to current standards and best practices. Responsibility for implementing and monitoring network security solutions (e.g. firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, NAT, switches, routers). To carry out regular security assessments and audits, and to develop measures to improve network security. Close cooperation with internal demand providers and external service providers to ensure robust and secure network architecture. Creation and preparation of safety and risk analyses for management and participation in the development of structured reporting. Control and further development of network security processes, including incident management, problem management, change management and configuration management. Consulting and implementing IT security projects of medium to high complexity. Your profile Completed studies (informatics, IT security, etc.) or comparable training Multiannual experience in network security, ideally incl. Project management Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), cryptology and access control Excellent know-how in terminal server technologies & Privileged Access Management Deep understanding of national/international standards (ISO 2700x, IT basic protection) Analytical thinking, high self-responsibility and excellent communication skills Flexibility, resilience and readiness to travel (
