The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, more than 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients.

Department 3 is the contact person for questions on working time and for the processing of electronic schedule accounting and the transfer of the resulting data to the billing of charges. For the Personnel Business Unit, Department 3, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/w/d) of 39 hours per week at the next time.

Care and imaging of employees of all types of services in the electronic schedule program Time Office of Pradtke Contact person for all questions relating to the subject area of the Working Time Management department concerning the care service, medical service and all other types of services Conducting a time-saving monitoring in compliance with statutory and tariff requirements Implementation of utilisation analyses Advising all occupational groups of the clinic in the preparation of new working time models with regard to labour-time and collective agreements Creating personnel requirement calculations Working time control Support and implementation of projects

A completed (special) higher education course or a commercial training, welcome with further training in the staff sector Experience in working time management or personal controlling is advantageous Knowledge of the hospital environment desirable Knowledge of the Working Time Act, the Labour Constitution Act and the collective agreements (in particular the TVöD-K and TV doctors/VKA) Routinized handling of standard PC applications (MS-Office) and electronic service planning programs An independent and structured way of working, high performance, good social competence and very good communication skills
