Working student in asset management for commercial real estate (m/f/d)

Through the cycle of each investment, we cover all measures of the purchase, management and sales phase to achieve a successful outcome. Our expertise lies in active fund, investment, portfolio and object management as well as in the development of real estate in strong business centers.

For our investors, we do not see ourselves as a senior advisor or taxer of sub-processes, but from the outset as a comprehensive real estate manager that covers all sub-areas with our own, experienced employees.

You support asset management in operating daily business You’ll start under the guidance of decision templates for internal bodies and investors You work on creating object reporting, e.g. when compiling data for internal or external reports You support in preparing budget plans You accompany sales and acquisition activities in an interdisciplinary team, e.g. by searching, data processing or creating documents

You are currently studying with a focus on real estate and will complete your studies at the earliest in a year You may have already gained first experience in Real Estate Asset Management You are service-oriented, have already gained experience in customer contact and have a safe occurrence You have pronounced analytical and conceptual and organizational skills and a greedy problem-solving oriented You work hard, team-oriented and are capable of communication You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good skills in dealing with MS Office
