The Zieglerschen are a traditional, diaconic social company based in Wilhelmsdorf and around 60 locations in Baden-Württemberg. More than 3,300 employees take care of around 8,300 people per year in the elderly, disabled assistance, hearing-language center, youth assistance and addiction aid. For our 'house at the mill garden' of the disabled help we are looking for you in full or part-time with 70-100% in the Haslach Mill (Horgenzell). Our experienced and multidisciplinary team from approx. 40 employees currently have 24 clients (aged between 29 and 65 years) with a cognitive disability with different levels of expression and/or sensory impairment, but partly also self-employed persons. Our residents live on 2 floors in four living groups with 6 people each. The new building opened in 2020 is barrier-free and has an elevator. This house does not require shared services and night services. Working hours are in early or late service between 6:30 and 20:45.
